FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to Mine Safety Appliance under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the following item: Oxygen Generating Breathing Apparatus Canisters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
