Furnish system of 2 spud winches, 2 deck winches, hydraulic power unit, and controls. Spud winches shall be Gearmatic Model #GH30, or equal, with gages, controls and valves. Deck winches shall be Braden Model #CH150, or equal, with gages, controls and valves. The hydraulic power unit shall be skid mounted with electric motor, hydraulic pump, control panel for remote installation, filters, suction strainers, sight glass, filler breather, and relief and control valves, with the capacity to operate all four winches at maximum load simultaneously. Controls for the winches shall be electrically controlled hydraulic valves with manual override. Wiring, controls, and winches will be installed by others. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about May 6, 1999.
