The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the repair of the existing refueling maintenance facility 636 housed in a 2683 square foot pre-engineered steel building. It also includes the construction of a 1320 square foot pre-engineered steel building addition to the facility. The project also includes asbestos abatement, site, underground fuel tank removal, mechanical, sprinkler and electrical work. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1799. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 270 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1 million. The entire solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov.
