T -- PHOTOGRAPHIC SUPPLIES SOL OAM-99-N-9900BF DUE 041499 POC Deloris Ennis, Purchasing Agent, 202-512-3736 The US General Accounting Office has a requirement for the purchase of toner cartridges for the Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4MV Printer in accordance with the specifications listed below: There will be no written solicitation, all information will be listed in this announcement. Hewlett Packard 3900A, Canon 644102, or Laser Tek Industries LTI#21050 BX 1000 all in one laser toner cartridge for use in the Hewlett Packard LaserJet series 4MV printers. Each cartridge must be fully manufactured using Canon OEM drums only (no recoated or after market drums are allowed). Cartridges must be manufactured to meet all OEM specifications and be fully warranted. Yield must be within 10% of OEM specifications at 5% page coverage. Estimated quantity is between 1500-3000 toners over a 2-year period. This procurement is set a side for small businesses. The contractor must be able to accept a government issued purchase order. The winning vendor should have warehouse capacity to maintain a minimum of 100 cartridges in theirwarehouse at any time. The delivery time from placement of task order against the BPA must be no more than 3 working days. GAO may visit the warehouse facility of the winning vendor to verify warehouse capacity and quality control of the warehouse operations. This requirement is being processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Process. All responsible small businesses must submit a quotation by the closing date. All offers/ quotes may be mailed to the address above or faxed to the POC 's attention at 202-512-2658. Quotes should include the following information. (1) Company name and address, (2) Telephone and fax number, (3) company point of contact and (4) business size.
