SOL USCA-99-R-GA01 POC Robert Fritts, (912) 650-4155 The United States District Court in the Southern District in Georgia requires the services of a licensed vendor to provide and install local dial tone (from PRI/T1 service) and trunk services with digital facilities in the U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and U.S. Probation Office located in the offices at 125 Bull Street, Savannah, GA.; 500 East Ford Street, Augusta, GA.; and 801 Gloucester, Brunswick, GA. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor and materials to perform all the work required for the complete and prompt execution of the service. The Courts currently use a Comdial DXP or DXP Plus phone system. The specified DS1 facilities with the digital trunks shall be connected to the existing PBX/Hybrid telephone system to provide local dial tone services for the Courts. The service currently in use at these locations consists of T1 service, 1FB lines, or a combination of both. References will be required as part of the evaluation process. A firm-fixed price type of contract, with a base year and four option years, is anticipated as a result of this acquisition.
