The participants are: Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System West LA (which includes West Los Angeles Healthcare Center, Sepulveda Ambulatory and Nursing Home Center and Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center) and the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The purpose of the photography is to assist in diagnosis of eye diseases, including (but not limited to) glaucoma, neovascularization and macular edema, retinal disease and age related macular degeneration. This is a small business set-aside (SIC Code 8042). The contract shall be for one (1) base year, with the Government having the option to extend for three (3) one year periods. The solicitation package will be issued on or about April 16, 1999 with responses due on or about May 14, 1999.
