Mortuary Services; The government intends to award a Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery type contract for mortuary services and supplies. Mortuary services shall include professional services for the care and handling of approximately twenty-one (21) deceased personnel. The services will include cremation services and packaging of cremains. Cremation services shall include cremation caskets, supplies and transportation. The contractor will also provide approximately eighteen (18) caskets (standard and over-sized), and (17) standard and oversized shipping containers. Mortuary employees must meet current state licensing board certification/license requirements. The period of performance shall be a one- year base period with an option for four (4) additional one-year option periods. Place of performance is Twentynine Palms, CA.
