The project consists of trail maintenance including logging out specified trails in accordance with the specifications. This is an indefinite quantity contract and the Schedule of Items lists the trails or trail segments by priority. This priority list is the preferred order of log removal for the 1999 field season. Task Orders using these priorities will be issued until all the funds have been expended. Contract time will be contingent on how many miles of trail are ultimately ordered. This contract will be awarded for three years subject to availability of funds. Pricing is requested for each year. The initial period of contract will be from approximately 6/15/99 through 8/15/99. The minimum quantity that will be ordered is 80 miles with a maximum amount of 240 miles with like quantities anticipated for each year. Packages will be available about4/5/99. See Note 1.
