(FDF), a prime contractor to the Department of Energy, is hereby seeking qualified sources to design, fabricate, test and deliver three (3) drum handling systems. Delivery is anticipated to be required by September 30, 1999. The specification is currently in draft form. Comments/questions on the specification are encouraged at this time.
