Provide labor, equipment, and materials for project S3C, Resurface Kitchen Floors, at the Federal Correctional Institution, Federal Prison Camp, and Federal Detention Center, located at 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. Project includes the provision and installation of approximately 4,200 square feet of new quarry tile at the Federal Detention Center, preparation and regrout of approximately 1,800 square feet of existing quarry tile at the Federal Prison Camp, and preparation and regrout of approximately 2,500 square feet of existing quarry tile at the Federal Correctional Institution. Project also includes provision and installation of base, caps, coves, stops, returns, trimmers and other shapes necessary to finish installation. The contractor shall field verify all existing installations, dimensions, and required work prior to submitting an offer on this project. Failure to conduct field verification shall not exempt the contractor from performing the work mentioned herein. A security clearance/investigation is required. The magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 1741 with size standard $7.0 million; NAICS U.S. is 23541.
