The Sperry Marine MK29, Mod 1 compass is presently installed on the 270' WMEC Famous Cutter Class. Sperry MK39, MOD3A or equal. This unit will interface with the main Gyro system to provide power and signal required to drive the ship's instrumentation and fire control hardware. GPS -- Gyro shall be capable of accepting a DGPS input in an RS-232/422A, NMEA 0183 formatted message. Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) -- Manufacturer to provide PTD which shall include a parts list which contains all end items as installed, the individual parts of each end item, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers, the OEM's name and address, quantity used in each equipment, keying to all provided drawings. Technical Support Manufacturer shall have an established U.S. based techncial support for providing install technical assistance, unit repair on ship and at manufactuer facility, spare parts ordering, training on ship and at manufacturer facility.
