The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to contract for Diagnostic Radiology Services in support of the Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. This is a nonpersonal services contract covering a professional discipline which provides healthcare services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Defense direct care system. The successful Contractor shall provide radiologist, ultrasound technologist, diagnostic radiologic technologist, transcriptionist, receptionist, and administrative assistant coverage for the Radiology Department at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, WA. Services include the administration of all routine and specialized radiographic procedures (including, but not necessarily limited to, routine non-invasive radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, myelography, arthrography, tomography, ultrasound, mammography), the professional care and management of patients and the evaluation, transcription, and interpretation of radiographic films/reports. The contract is for a twelve (12) month base period (01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000) plus four (4) twelve-month options. A Firm Fixed Price Incentive Award type contract is anticipated.
