REQUEST FOR INTEREST IN PRIVATIZATION HOUSING PROJECT AT MOUNTAIN HOME AFB IDAHO The Air Force is trying to determine Industry interest in a Military Family Housing Privatization project at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The project will convey the entire Base housing inventory of 1,525 housing units under a multi-year ground lease to a private enterprise. The ground lease will require the replacement of a minimum of 318 units and major renovation of approximately 892 units. The remaining 315 units will require minimal or no renovation. The private enterprise will plan, develop, own, maintain, and manage the housing development as rental units for Mountain Home AFB military personnel.
