R -- MODIFICATION TO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT OJP-95-C-004 POC Raymond C. German, Contracting Officer, 202.307.0613 The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-95-C-004, for technical assistance to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), with the Community Research Associates, 309 W. Clark Street, Champaign, Illinois 61280. The modification will extend the contract for seven months from February 28, 1999 through September 30, 1999. During the extended period, the Contractor will (1) continue performance of existing technical assistance projects and (2) perform additional technical assistance requirements that will be required by States and localities during the extended period. Also, during the extended period, OJP will recompete for a follow-on technical assistance contract to OJJDP. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
