Contractor to provide non-personal Dental Hygienist services to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Offerors must be registered in the State of Pennsylvania. The qualified Dental Hygienist will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing routine and advanced prophylactic, therapeutic, and periodontal post-surgical procedures, along with preventative and educational oral hygiene services. The work schedule shall normally consist of one (1) to two (2) sessions per week. Each session is defined as approximately seven (7) to eight (8) hours, with the evaluation of ten (10) to fifteen (15) patients. The period of contract performance shall run from date of ward through September 30, 1999, with options to extend the performance period for an additional four (4) one-year periods.
