Non-personal Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform third party ISO 9002 registration at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC). Services will include pre-assessment, registration, and surveillance auditing. A contractor will be selected using a "best value" technique outlined in the solicitation and will include a basic period and a maximum of six (6) one year options. A pre- proposal conference is anticipated. It shall be noted that the solicitation will be issued electronically and may be obtained exclusively by accessing the following website address: http://www.tinker-contracting.com/pkobizops/services/services.htm.
