The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Project, has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. 142599SQ1702420 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-9. This acquisition is a Small Business set-aside. The size standard is $5.0 million and the standard industrial classification code is K039. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee, Washington has a fixed price requirement for the following items: Clin0001: Furnish all parts, labor and equipment to modify a Government-owned 10/75 Ederer bridge crane, S/N E-7070 by installing a pendant control, festoon cable, and thrust brake (retrofit) -- 1 job; Clin0002: Provide training for up to 6 Government personnel per the Statement of Work -- 1 job.
