This is a two year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity services contract to conduct field surveys for the collection of data on terrestrial mollusk species. All work shall be done as directed in "Survey Protocol for Terrestrial Mollusk Species From the Northwest Forest Plan," dated October 29, 1997, version 2.0. All survey work shall be done within certain climatic parameters during the spring and fall described in Protocol. Estimated dates of fall season surveys will be approximately October 15 to December 15. Estimated dates of spring season surveys will be February 15 to May 15. Two visits are required to each survey area using different survey routes and sample areas. There are approximately 23,000 acres to be surveyed. Project sites are located in the Ashland Resource Area, Medford District, Oregon. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
