Software support shall include unlimited telephone support Monday -- Friday excluding Government holidays and weekends. Hours 8AM -- 5PM EST and Updates as released. Government Micro Resources is the only authorized distributor by Adobe to provide software support and updates. Adobe is the developer, designer and manufacture of this software which is proprietary and can only be provided by the above distributor. This support is required to support various critical JWAC programs; therefore, no lapse in service should occur. The items shall be shipped FOB destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448. All the above items must be Year 2000 compliant and all responsible parties must provide written verification of this.
