Ave., K-4, Lancaster, CA 93535-4500 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 1 each, p/n 470-000W-01 Enhancements to OTIS-9/Calibration Software, 1 each p/n 470-000W-2 PCM Formatter Report, 1 each p/n 470-000W-3 PCM Major Frame Report and 1 each p/n 470-000W-4 Customizable Measurement List Report. SPARTA TMATS software upgrades are required in order to proceed with the transition to full TMATS compatibility and to reduce duplicate keying of the same data into several different applications. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SPARTA to ensure that the upgrades are compatible with already existing software in order to meet the government requirement. Delivery is required to be FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
