The exterior wall system consists of face brick with metal framing back-up, fiberglass wall insulation and exterior gypsum sheathing. A portion of the roof at the waiting area is to have some clerestory with sloped SSMR. The majority of roof construction is relatively flat with 50 mm per meter slopes to interior roof drains. The structural system consists of open web bar joists spanning to structural steel beams supported by interior steel columns. An automatic sprinkler system will be provided throughot the facility. Work to include all necessary utilities, communication and building systems to meet national building codes and render all functions complete and usable. Operation and maintenance manuals will be provided. Exterior site development to include utilities, electric service, paving, walks, curb and gutters, storm drainage, lighting and landscaping compatible with base and local environment. Air conditioning approximately 235. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Network Analysis System will be required.
