The work includes but is not limited to, construction of a new facility of approximately 900 SM. The Facility shall have brick veneer exterior, aluminum storefront entrances, aluminum windows, metal doors and frames. Interior finishes include painted drywall, vinyl wallcovered drywall, ceramic tile floors in restrooms, carpet and quarry tile floor throughout, acoustical panel and painted drywall ceiling, wood doors and metal frames and cabinetry work. Project includes site work, parking, site utilities, extending existing utilities to the site, sidewalks and landscaping at Fairchild AFB, WA. This acquisition will use Best Value, Past Performance procedures. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1 million and $5 million. Performance period for this project is 375 calendar days. This time period is further broken out into two separate phases. The first phase is 45 calendar days for submittals; the second phase is 330 for the contractor to complete thephysical portion of the work. A Notice to Proceed will be issued for both phases. This work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. This project is 100% unrestricted. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1542. The business size standard is $17 million.
