Shatter Resistant Window Film (SRWF) for 12,000 facilities at overseas posts with an option to increase the quantity for an additional 600 facilities. The government anticipates award of multiple indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts against which delivery orders for specific jobs may be competed. The Contractor may be required to install the SRWF at some posts and will be required to provide a 7-year warranty for those jobs. Some installation work will require use of cleared personnel to the SECRET level. However, some contracts will be awarded to offerors who do not offer installation by cleared personnel. See Note 12.
