The U.S. Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) is seeking to make multiple contract awards to interested sources that can provide technical and engineering services to support various programs of the Advanced Technology and Prototype Systems Program Directorate (PD13) in the areas of (1) modeling and simulation (M&S), (2) advanced concepts and technologies, and (3) operational experimentation. The services required are needed to support the identification, development and transition to production of C4ISR/Acquisition Reform technologies for the Navy. This also includes maintenance/upgrade of existing programs, (e.g., AMRFS, ENWGS, JSIMS, MMBA, NSS). The services are categorized into the three areas stated above. These services are supported by the following tasks: (1) Programmatic Support, (2) Analysis of Operational Concepts for Advanced Technology, (3) System Engineering & Technology Assistance (SETA), (4) Prototype Development, (5) Demonstration &Exercise Support, (6) Ship/Shore/Submarine Installation and/or Integration, (7) Test & Evaluation (T&E), (8) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), (9) Software Identification and/or Development, (10) Modeling & Simulation (M&S), (11) Manpower, Personnel and Training, and (12) Shelterized Systems Design, Fabrication and Assembly. Engineering and technical support services will be required for up to five years (one base year plus four one-year options totaling 217 staff-years per year.)
