The CECOM Acquisition Center -- Washington, intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Ultimus, 4915 Waters Edge Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606 for software maintenance of ultimus Workflow Suite which is installed on Government owned hardware. The contract will be for a three month period, and will be for phone and e-mail support, all upgrades to Ultimus software, and documentation of new products. The Government's obligation is contingent upon appropriation of funds by Congress and will be awarded in accordance with FAR 52.232.18 (subject to availability of funds).
