4TH ANNUAL JPL SPACE SCIENCE SYMPOSIUM IN WASHINGTON, D.C. ON OCTOBER 6 & 7 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will host the "4th Annual JPL Comes to Washington: A Space Science Symposium for Small Businesses" on October 6 and 7. Interested companies are invited to attend this event at NASA Headquarters' Auditorium located at 300 E Street S.W. in Washington, D.C. (Metro stop: Federal Center S.W.) Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and there is no registration fee. This two-day symposium will focus on federal subcontracting opportunities in the high-tech industry. An overview of JPL's Technical Programs and Procurement Opportunities is on the Agenda. The purpose of this two-day Symposium is to introduce high-tech small businesses to JPL that may lack the resources to market the Laboratory's high-tech requirements in Southern California. The Laboratory is committed to doing business with high-tech small businesses and seeks to expand its supplier base for present and future technical requirements.
