LOUIS, MO 63118-3399 SOL NMA402-98-R-0008 DUE 090498 POC Contact Ms. Diana Shepard, Contract Specialist, 314-260-1206, or Ms. Phyllis Barr, Contracting Officer, 314-260-1206 INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF SYSTEMS FURNITURE AT NATIONAL IMAGERY AND MAPPING AGENCY (NIMA) OFFICES LOCATED IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. Work consists of disassembly/assembly of systems furniture workstations, connection to electrical power, hauling to/from contractor-provided storage facilities to/from various NIMA facilities in St. Louis, and the procurement of miscellaneous components to complete the assembly. The source for the components shall comply with the quality and a cost not to exceed that of the GSA contract schedule. The majority of the work will involve Steelcase 9000 Series product line; however, other Steelcase, Herman Miller, Precision Mfg., White-Westinghouse, etc. are included. Examples of typical workstations will be provided. The connections to the electrical power source will normally be located within a ten foot radius of the power poles. In the event a power source is not available within then feet, power will be extended as required by the drawings. The contractor is also responsible for all remaining connections for powered panels. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary and required for completion of each installation requirement. The contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposition of the items as indicated in the drawings. The contract shall include a base year and four option years. Minimum-maximum range for the contract is $5,000 to $500,000, including option years. Minimum-maximum range for the delivery orders is one workstation to seventy-five workstations (anticipate typical Delivery Orders to be for eight to twelve workstations). A single award is contemplated. Technical evaluation criteria, in order of importance, is price, extent of experience (minimum three projects per year, dollar value, types of systems), references from at least three customers during the past two years, ability to respond to requests within two weeks of being issued a delivery order, and ability to store systems furniture components and maintain accurate inventory records. This work is located at National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) facilities in St. Louis, MO. 100 percent set-aside for small business.
