Frazier B -- The U.S. Dept of Commerce/NOAA/NOS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Coastal States organization, Washington, D.C. to provide a report on 1) an inventory of existing information on coastal and estuarine management research and technology needs and related activities of other environment and technology services agencies and organization, and 2) identification of the science and research needs and priorities of the National Estuarine Research Reserve Association and Coastal Zone Management Programs, and other coastal management organization. This project will improve ongoing communication and coordination among managers, scientist and researchers by establishing a network and identifying a process through workshop and other appropriate actions. Any other offerors that believe they can provide these services are invited to submit in writing as to their capabilities and other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
