Project Specifications: 1. Construct 8" x 36" concrete foundation wall with footings, piers and required reinforcing. 2. Erect prefabricated 7000 sq ft (175' x 40') steel building framework apply siding and roofing(building drawing availabile upon request.) 3. Install 6" fiberglass insulation (4 mil. U.L. with vinyl face) to roof, back and sidewalls. 4. All plan drawing, engineering and permit fees will be provided by the contractor. Additional materials required to complete assembly of the building will be provided by the refuge. Project needs to be completed by November 30, 1998.
