These Options will be evaluated as part of the entire proposal. Tentative date for issuance of the RFP is 15 October 1998. Tentative date for receipt of proposals is 15 December 1998. Tentative date for contract award is 15 January 1999. A pre-bid site visit is tentatively scheduled for 15-16 November 1998. Procedure for obtaining Base Passes will be provided on 17 August 1998.
