Two large new temperature conditioning boxes and four existing small temperature conditioning boxes will be installed in the new facility. An additional four existing large conditioning boxes shall be renovated and updated with new controls and instrumentation. General installation includes new power distribution, HVAC, telecommunications and control instrumentation, wire and cable, carbon dioxide storage tank and piping. Estimated range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening date is not firm, but will be approximately November 1, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractor License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors.
