Contractor shall provide the services of a Test Administrator to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution in Loretto, Pennsylvania. The government intends to make a single award contract with an offeror who will be responsible for the administering of diagnostic tests required by Bureau of Prison policy. Testing is inclusive of, but not limited to the following: GED, Spanish GED, ABLE, CASAS, CTBS, and PRE-GED. The work schedule shall consist of four (4) sessions per week. Each session is defined as a period of four (4) hours. The contractor shall not work more than thirty (30) hours per week. The period of contract performance shall run from approximately October 1, 1998 or date of award, through September 30, 1999, with options to extend the performance period for an additional four (4) one-year periods. Solicitations will be available on or about August 11, 1998. Security clearances and urinalysis are required. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer listed above. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted.
