The Contractor will also serve as a conduit in accessing interested industry representatives to assist the Forest Service in information gathering that will help facilitate the timber sale design, layout, timber sale prescription integration with current and future markets, and logging system feasibility. The above information will be put into a clear, concise written format to be presented to the Forest Service for its' use. The Government Estimate is less than $26,000 for this project for the 3 year contract period. This is a multi-year contract and is funded for the first fiscal year. Should funding be unavailable by March 1, 1999 for Fiscal Year 1999, the project will be terminated. Estimated issue date is August 12, 1998, andestimated open date is September 16, 1998.
