The Army requires a contract to Construct Fuel Storage Building, Building 7910, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolish existing 15" thick concrete apron; construct single story pre-engineered metal building which includes mechanical work, fire sprinkler system and electrical systems. Performance shall be completed within 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of the project between $250,000 and $500,000. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The SIC is 1541. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 for the solicitation package. The fee shall be submitted with the WRITTEN request for solicitation package, shall be in the form of Certified Check, Company Check, or Money Order and shall be made payable to TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
