Contractor will be responsible for design and construction of a total Navy Exchange Retail facility to include all equipment, both building and operational, all structures, utilities, roads, walks and associatated on-site improvements, including landscaping. Total square footage of new facility is not to exceed 89,200 square feet, (8,287 m 2) (plus or minus 10%). Period of performance will be included in the proposal. Estimated cost of facility is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.. This procurement is unrestricted. The bid package should be available on or about 23 Jul 98.
