The Nellis AFB Contracting Office is conducting Market Analysis and searching for sources currently performing the following services: Maintenance and support for the Micro-Enroute Automated Radar Tracking System (EARTS), consisting of redundant RISC 6000 mini computers, a dual Ethernet LAN, PCs and air traffic control work stations (displays); the Data Network/Data Acquisition System (DAS), consisting of modems, modem sharing equipment and fiber optic equipment; Flight Data Systems (FDS)II or the Flight Data/Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO) systems consisting of PCs, displays and printers; and the Transportable Radar Analysis Computer System (TRACS), and consisting of a PC and printer. Distributes and manages Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and USAF radar data for customers. Acts as liaison between the FAA and Nellis AFB on all inter-facility related areas. Responsible for future plans and programs as related to the FAA and the National Airspace Systems (NAS). Supports the USAF future plans andprograms as they relate to ATC Systems to be used for the Department of Defense (DoD). Develops and manages letters of agreement between the USAF and the FAA, as well as other government agencies.
