Offerors interested in providing Readjustment Counseling Services must be located in the following parished of the State of Louisiana: Acadia, Asscension, Assumption, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Evangeline, Feliciana, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson, Lafayette, LaFourche, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, Point Coupee, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Tammany, Tangiphoa.
