Dull, 307-773-2694, Contract Administrator The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for construction of a new one-story brick-and-frame Service Building (Bath House) of approximately 1,200 SF and paving of 16 parking spaces for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. The Service Building contains men's and women's restrooms, showers, laundry, lounge and mechanical room. The work includes excavation, grading, sidewalks, concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, wood framing, brick veneer, shingled roof, interior work and finishes, hollow metal doors, wood windows and heating, plumbing, electrical and communications systems.
