Brown, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the replacement of street signs and stop signs within the on-post Army Family Housing(AFH) areas, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: a. Remove all the old street signs and stop signs, posts and bases, at indicated intersections. b. Furnish and install new sign posts, street signs, and stop signs in accordance with New York State Department of Transportation, Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices(MUTCD). c. Old street and stop signs shall be turned in to the Government for aluminum salvage. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The construction period is 180 calendar days. Solicitation is to be issued O/A 17 Jul 98.
