provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision
and disposal necessary to replace the waterfront sewage disposal system
at the U.S. Coast Guard ISC Boston, MA. Work includes but is not
limited to removal of existing sanitary sewage piping and hangers and
the installation of new piping and hangers and incidental related work.
All piping and hangers are located under the piers and wharves. Work
under the piers will be affected the tides. In addition, there are
batter piles and diagonal bracing that makes for difficult access and
manuverability. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000.00
and $250,000.00. SIC code is 1711. Period of performance is 120

(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business
enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment and
performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an
80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are
available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The max. line
