The specific objectives are to support the PERM users and maintain the capability to produce PERM; modify the baseline PERM product to be a higher sensitivity medium; ensure that the modification does not degrade the product's capabilities; and support Technical Exchange Meetings as required. Period of performance is not to exceed one year. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond within 30 days after publication of this notice. Only written responses will receive consideration and must provide clear and convincing documentation that identify their capabilities.
