SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is conducting a market survey to determine the existence and interest of potential sources for systems engineering, configuration management, quality assurance, training and program management support of various Department of Defense C4I and C3 systems. This is a follow-on requirement to contracts N00102-96-D-0071 and N00102-96-D-F072 for software life-cycle engineering, maintenance, technical and configuration management support of TACTICAL/MOBILE, TCOMM, TACTICAL/MOBILE Variant and Foreign Military Sales programs (Incumbent Contractor PRB Associates, Inc.43865 Airport View Drive, Hollywood, MD 20636). Successful performance will require knowledge, understanding and experience with the design, development, installation, operation and training for C4I and C3 systems. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Time and Material task order contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be for a 12-month base period and four one-year options. The Government anticipates the level of effort to be a total of 1,128,120 man-hours over a 60-month period. Primary places of performance are Charleston, SC, and Patuxent River, MD; however; performance may be required in any area where military is present. INFORMATION SOUGHT: General -- Firms having the required specialized experienced with the above systems and capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures and references to support they possess the required specialized experience with the above C4I and C3 systems. Specific -- Responses must include the following: (1) name and address of the firm; (2) size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; (3) ownership: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a); and/or Woman-Owned; (4) number of years in business; (5) two points of contact: name, title, phone, fax and e-mail; (6) DUNS Number; (7) affiliate information: parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime), (8) a list of at least 5 customers (contracts) covering the last 3 to 5 years: highlight relevant work including a summary of work performed, contract number, contract type, dollar value for each customer reference, and customer point of contact with phone number(s).
