dispose of approximately 3,500 tons of soil containing less than 12-PPB
PCB's to a subtitle "D" landfill and provide 6,580 cubic yards of clean
fill dirt. Work to be accomplished at the former Charleston Naval
Shipyard, Charleston, SC. The Government will perform all excavation
and loading of trucks. Transport containers must have the capacity to
move 20 truck loads per day with a minimum load capacity of 24 tons for
the duration of the project. The succesful offeror must have an
exsisting facility within 100 miles radius of the work site. Request
