(v) There is one job. Contractor furnished equipment is brand name only for the upgrading of seminar classroom's presentation systems in AFCA building 1700, rooms 1132, 1136 and 1138. Contractor to provide additional equipment to the existing projection system, providing dual projection, automated video control and in-classroom controls. Additional system equipment required must be compatible and maintainable with existing Barcographics projection system and interchangeable with other building visual/audio systems. Barco certified technician required. Requested equipment shall include Barcographic projectors, CRESTRON Control Systems and Cisco Systems' IP/TV Server and additional client licenses. (vii) Delivery of equipment required 15 Aug 1998/1500 to AFCA/XPFS, ATTN: MSgt William J. Kenyon, Building 1700, room 1132, and FOB shall be Destination. Installation shall be coordinated with MSgt Kenyon prior to performance. Site visit covering tasks in statement of work will be conducted at Building 1700, room 1132 at 0800 on 08 July 98. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Subparagraph (a)(7) is changed to read: Any resulting contract will be subject to FAR 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is supplemented to read: Best value with lowest price, technical acceptable capability are the evaluation factors.
