McMeekin, Contracting Officer, (202) 219-6445 The U.S. Department of Labor's, Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), has a requirement for a contractor to manage the National Longitudinal Survey(1997) Youth Survey. The contractor shall assist BLS with the coordination with other Federal agencies, with other NLS survey organizations, and with the use of the NLS by the research community. The contractor shall design and develop questionnaires; prepare OMB clearance documents, collect survey data for the Youth97; perform data creation cleaning and documentation.
