Bethesda, MD requirements are for 1AE, 1:250,000 Scale, JOG-A, decompartmented compilation and color separation, approximately one (1) sheet classified SECRET; 2AA/AB, Corrected Reprint Charts, plotting Notice to Mariners corrections and color separation of charts, approximately twenty-five (25) charts unclassified; 3AA, 1:50,000 scale, decompartmented compilation and color separation of charts, approximately two (2) sheets classified SECRET; 3CB City Graphic color separation products two (2) sheets classified SECRET. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency, St. Louis, MO requirements are for 1AE, JOG-A decompartmented compilation and color separation, four (4) sheets classified SECRET; 4AC, JOG-R color separation only, one (1) sheet classified SECRET; 1AE, JOG-A color separation only, two (2) sheets unclassified; 4AA, 1:200,000 compilation and color separation, approximately two (2) sheets classified SECRET; 1AA, TPC compilation and color separation only approximately four (4) classified SECRET; 3CB, City Graphic, compilation and color separation approximately six (6) classified SECRET; 3AG, five (5) 1:100,000 compilation and color separation classified SECRET; 4AA, one (1) AT200 color separation only classified SECRET; 3AG, two (2) 1:100,000 color separation only unclassified. This notification is directed to contractors who currently qualify as Basic Ordering Agreement holders under this solicitation. Source materials at Bethesda, MD will be made available for mandatory inspection from 13-17 July 1998 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM local time at 6000 MacArthur Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20816-5000. Source materials at St. Louis, Mo will be made available for mandatory inspection from 13-17 July 1998 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM local time at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63102-3399. Contractors who wish to view the source material at either site shall contact Diana Daunt (PCOE) one week prior to mandatory source inspection. Offers must be received at both sites no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight time 20 Jul 1998 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCOE, MS D-5, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Contractors who have an interest in becoming a Basic Ordering Agreement holder may contact in writing the Contracting Officer for a copy of the solicitation.
