Eglin AFB has a requirement to Replace Roof, Building 1344, Eglin AFB FL. This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operation in connection with replacing roof, Building 1344, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work consists of removing existing corrugated metal roof, batt insulation, gutters, downspouts, and flashings. Install new metal deck, rigid insulation and standing seam metal roof, gutters, downspouts and flashings. Paint gutters and downspouts to match adjacent wall surfaces. Bid open of 4 Aug 98 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. For your information, funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
