The work consists of installation of a new PVC roofing over an existing buildup roofing system. The plans and specifications use International System of Units (SI) metric equivalent measurements. Project completion time is estimated to be 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act.
