Principal features include maintenance, repair and replacement to various base built-up roofs, roof testing, asbestos abatement, and related roofing work The resultant contract will be a requirements contract with delivery orders/calls being issued as needs and funding become available. The duration of the contract will be 365 days from notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on CD-ROM. Plans will be AutoCADD 13 Files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0 files. This action is unrestricted.
