Work includes but is not limited to the following. A) Remove and dispose of existing windows of the UPH Building and replace with new aluminum frame double hung windows. B) Remove and store for reuse, all exterior appurtenances on the UPH Building to allow for full surface repair and finish. C) Provide for complete repair, modifications and retrofit of the existing exterior insulation finish system. D) Apply sealant in all exterior joints of existing exterior surfaces of the UPH Building. E) Prep, prime and paint all remaining exterior surfaces of the UPH Building. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $15. The procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC is 1793.
